This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
deal in a financial product by:
arranging for another person to apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of financial products in respect of the following classes of financial products:
derivatives;
debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government;
interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor directed portfolio services; and
securities; and
Miscellaneous Financial Investment Products limited to:
Undertakings by a body to repay as debt money deposited with or lent to the body; and
A legal or equitable right or interest in the undertaking mentioned in paragraph (E)(1).
