provide a crowd-funding service for the following classes of financial products:
fully-paid ordinary shares of an eligible CSF company;
published on an offer platform operated by the licensee only;
titled Equitise Pty Ltd; and
accessed via www.equitise.com;
to retail and wholesale clients.
