1. This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
provide financial services consisting only of making a market for derivatives in the capacity of a Principal Trader within the meaning of the operating rules of the licensed market operated by ASX Limited known as the ASX Operating Rules and the operating rules of the licensed market operated by Australian Securities Exchange Limited known as the ASX 24 Operating Rules; and
deal in a financial product by:
issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:
derivatives; and
make a market for the following financial products:
derivatives;
to wholesale clients.
