This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
provide a crowd-funding service for the following classes of financial products:
fully-paid ordinary shares of an eligible CSF company;
published on an offer platform operated by the licensee only;
titled Swarmer Pty Ltd; and
accessed via www.swarmer.com.au;
to retail and wholesale clients.
