This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business, within this jurisdiction, to:
provide general financial product advice only, for the following classes of financial products:
derivatives; and
foreign exchange contracts; and
deal in a financial product by:
arranging for another person to issue, apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:
derivatives that are issued by an appropriately authorised AFS licence holder or an entity that has been exempted by ASIC from the requirement to hold an AFS licence to issue derivatives in this jurisdiction; and
foreign exchange contracts issued by an appropriately authorised AFS licence holder or an entity that has been exempted by ASIC from the requirement to hold an AFS licence to issue foreign exchange contracts in this jurisdiction
to wholesale clients.
