The Board found that the Company ceased to meet the tax practitioner registration requirement under paragraph 20-5(3)(a) of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA) that each director of the company is a fit and proper person.<br>The Board had decided to terminate the tax agent registration of the Company’s director, Mr Malcolm Howarth, due to his multiple breaches of the Code of Professional Conduct and determining that he ceased to meet the tax practitioner registration requirement under paragraph 20-5(1)(a) of the TASA that he is a fit and proper person.<br>
