This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
provide general financial product advice to retail and wholesale clients for the following classes of financial products:
deposit and payment products limited to:
basic deposit products;
interests in managed investment schemes limited to:
own managed investment scheme only; and
financial products limited to:
miscellaneous financial risk products being interests in the Provision Fund; and
provide general financial product advice to wholesale clients for the following classes of financial products:
derivatives; and
securities; and
deal in a financial product by:
issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product to retail and wholesale clients in respect of the following classes of financial products:
interests in managed investment schemes limited to:
own managed investment scheme only; and
financial products limited to:
miscellaneous financial risk products being interests in the Provision Fund; and
applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product to retail and wholesale clients on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
deposit and payment products limited to:
basic deposit products;
financial products limited to:
miscellaneous financial risk products being interests in the Provision Fund; and
applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product to wholesale clients on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
derivatives; and
securities; and
operate the following kinds of registered managed investment schemes (including the holding of any incidental property) to retail and wholesale clients in its capacity as responsible entity:
Plenti Lending Platform" scheme (ARSN: 169 500 449),
a scheme which only holds the following types of property:
offers by funders (being the members of the scheme) and borrowers are matched using a single online loan exchange platform provided by Plenti RE Limited at the website www.plenti.com.au; and
loans are entered between borrowers and the custodian of the scheme property.
