This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
provide general financial product advice by publishing an investment newsletter entitled "The Richmond Report/Bioshares" in relation to the following classes of financial products:
securities to retail and wholesale clients;
provide general financial product advice for the following classes of financial products:
securities to wholesale clients.
